Rosa Ghioc - Clinical Manager
Rosa emigrated to the United States from Romania in 1986 and has been involved in dermatology since 1987 when she began working with Dr. Bobby Joe Kennedy. She is a multi-talented individual who was initially employed as an aesthetician. Because of her versatility and intellect, she has worked herself through every position and is now the office manager for Austin Dermatology Associates. She is a warm and caring person. Although she still performs cosmetic services she is invaluable at keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. She and her husband, Cornell, who is also from Romania, have an adult daughter.

Debra Rodriguez
Debra was born and raised in Lamesa, Texas. She joined Dr. Kennedy's practice in 2000. Her talents include overseeing of the front office and properly processing medical claims to the many and varied medical insurance companies. She is very knowledgeable about the various insurance companies' policies and is invaluable in assisting patients who are unsure of their medical coverage.
